If you are a new client company interested in doing business with us, please fill out the following confidential credit/trade information and fax or email back to us. All information will be kept in strict confidence. If you have placed an inquiry job order request through our website and have not worked with us in the past, we will need this form completed prior to us processing your request.

If you are a Client or prospective Client interested in our background check, drug screen, and credit checking capabilities, we are GCRA compliant. At your request, and for a negotiated fee depending on the type of report(s) and locations you wish searched, we will obtain a criminal history or a credit report on any job candidate you name. All requests should be in writing with a specific type of report and location you wished searched.

Staffing Solutions is excited to introduce and roll out online timesheets. This is a web-based, browser accessed system for Employee timesheet entry and Customer approval.

This is an online, easy-to-use tool for both the Employee and Customer. The Web Time sheet has the potential for creation, submission & approval of timesheets in mere minutes because it is entirely web-based.

Keeping Track of Time

Instead of digging for a form, all an employee has to do is open a web browser from any computer with internet access and login to WebTimesheets. From there the employee can create a new timesheet for any given pay period and begin to enter their hours. The employee can then save the timesheet, keeping it organized in one convenient location and updating it through out the week until the timesheet is ready for submission.

Approved or Rejected

When an employee submits a web based time sheet, the job contact is then notified by e-mail. From there the job contact logs on to Web Timesheets and is able to view all timesheets that are awaiting approval. With a few clicks of the mouse a timesheet can be approved. And if a timesheet is to be declined, the job contact only needs to specify the reasons why.
