Temporary, Full-time and That-Thingy-in-the-Middle

Temporary Assignments
Temporary assignments can be short-term or long-term and can vary in duration from four hours to many months. Clients profit from time-sensitive and flexible staffing assistance.

Contract-to-Hire Assignments
These contract-to-hire (or "temp-to-perm") assignments usually last from 400-520 working hours. They offer both client company and candidate an opportunity to "audition" the other before offering (or accepting) the position on a full-time basis.

Full-time/Direct Hires
Full-time/direct hires (also referred to as "permanent") positions can offer a seamless employment transition for both client companies and candidates.
