Our Team: Paula Clark, Front Desk/Applicant Coordinator

The Northwest has been home to Paula for most of her life. She spent time in the Midwest, but has always felt most herself in Portland .

Growing up, Paula learned an unmatched work ethic and resolves to be the best she can be, and as a result, has a proven track record of success. Paula was in a high-level managerial role with Gap Inc. for almost a decade where she managed a team of five managers plus 60-100 employees. She has the ability to converse at all levels, from CEO to her team of employees. During her years of management, her passion involved training and development, where she worked in corporate networks to revise the Onboard process for newly-hired employees and management trainees.

Paula just celebrated her nine-year anniversary with her husband, Scott. Together, they share a beautiful six-year old daughter named Makiah and a puppy named Bosley.

Outside interests include running. She has completed two full marathons, numerous half marathons and Hood to Coast. She loves the outdoors, but especially the early fall. Entertaining friends and family also give her pleasure outside her career.

Paula's love for entertaining makes her a perfect fit for the shoes she wears at Staffing Solutions, LLC. As one of our “Staffing Coordinators”, her roles include providing administrative support, staffing coordination, applicant registration and testing.
