Our Story

Legal Staffing Experts, Locally Owned Since 1996

Staffing Solutions was founded in 1996 by Zeta Rennie and Carol Sommers, who combined complementary expertise in the staffing industry: Zeta in permanent placement and recruiting, and Carol in temporary staffing services. They concentrated in the legal industry and general office/administrative services. In 1998, Nicholas Martin joined the company, supporting continued growth and service expansion across the IT, clerical, and legal markets. Today, Staffing Solutions proudly celebrates more than thirty years in business, built on the vision, leadership, and dedication of its founding team – these women laid the foundation for the company’s lasting success.
